Can I return my item?

If you are unhappy with a product you've purchased, please email us at hello@getladywell.com. We accept returns within a 14 day window from the date you receive the product. We do not accept returns outside of the 14 day window. 

How do I ship an return back?

We don't offer free return shipping. Simply ship the product back via your preferred carrier and we will issue a refund once we have received the product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or products without an order number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
